Just my last visit went well which is more than i can say for other visits. Whenever my visit does not go completely to plan, i never seem to get the feedback oportunity. Funny that!

Even though the end result has not been good for my vehicle the advice they gave me was honest and good. It's just a shame BMW's warranties aren't as good as they should be.

Generally the experience is goo and the fitting of the dash cam was very good, but someone should be able to provide step by step use of this expensive piece of kit and it didn't happen. I was told that a user manual or step by step guide was in car,

It would have been beneficial to have spoken to the technician that assessed the car. Given we had concerns and apparently no fault found. Still doesn't mean we now feel all is O.K. It is not and is disappointing.

Although the service was very good and efficient.! I noticed a problem driving home.! And when I phoned to book it back in.! I was very surprised to find I have to wait 3 weeks for someone to see it.! This has stressed me out a bit.!

Promised a date for retest then told it was not available. The many reason for using oceans was the get the EGR recall completed at the same time. I now get a notice on the dash about EGR recall. Surely that should have been reset.
