Shocking communication. Online confirmation of service date, then confirmed by phone. Then received re-schedule text. Called to query text told I would get a phone call back.... never happened. Then received a text saying service was going ahead.

Specified on booking that I would be taking car direct to MOT centre. Got a call on day to say they wanted it half an hour earlier. Did this, only to be told that they thought I was taking it to main dealer. I had to then hang around much longer.
