Service package did not cover service requirements set by BMW
Felt more valued than when I went to BMW in Exeter for the same reasons as to why I came to Ocean
To long to wait to give hand car over, also at time of collection.

Friendly helpful sales team, pleasant environment
Excellent service from beginning to end.
Polite, friendly, efficient staff/service.
They did everything that they said they would.
Parking sensor issue raised when car booked in and dropped in for service. No action taken. I raised it and since then no one has called back. Recall badly handled list of issues.
Very good staff great service and car came back with all the reminders cancelled and a free valet ! What's not too love about ocean

It was a service, nothing excelled, the bill is never ready when you arrive to collect the car even though the garage called at least an hour earlier to say the car was ready to collect.

Over a week later I'm still waiting for a call to say the part that was wrongly picked and sent to the dealership has now arrived to be fitted.
I was not told I would be charged for the loan car. I called to query this and was told I'd get a call back but never heard anything back

I am always pleased with the treatment I receive from the staff at service reception, first rate !
8 hours for short service and MOT is excessive. I had the complimentary wash, and it not until next morning with sun shining that saw what a poor job it was. I should have cleaned my car myself. Also, the radio had been tampered with.
They fixed the fault!
I love it! The service is always great and I get on with the guys in the team great. They're always eager to chat about any problems I've got with the car.

Service price was higher than quoted over the phone. Courtesy Wash was poor. Last time car was not washed and bonnet wasn't closed . Attention to detail could be better.
Took over 4 hours to complete end-of-warranty check and brake fluid change. I was led to expect about 2 hours so sat around far too long. If I had known I would have made alternative arrangements. After free valeting the car was in worse condition.
Car was ready later than agreed. Had to rush to collect before garage closed

Brilliant, results after car had gone in for maintenance was perfection
I was told car service was complete and car could be collected at 2 pm. I arrived punctually and then had to wait over an hour! The service man was apologetic and very pleasant personally but it was not efficient.
COULD NOT BE BETTER
Car finished broadly on time, returned clean and running very smoothly. (though when I got home, I realized the handbrake needs adjusting)

Sean has always been helpful and efficient, he remains so and his team appear to work well with him.
The servicing team are sensitive towards costs and I feel have integrity, which I value highly.
It would normally have been completely satisfied However the dealership was unable to service the air con unit which hade been pre- booked
I was reminded of the need for the appointment and on the day the work was swiftly dealt with. The courtesy car was available as promised and I was advised when the work had been done. I did not need to wait unlike a previous occasion

Good, friendly and efficient. Was advised on the phone brake fluid service was included in service pack, told on arrival it wasn't so lucky I could Apple Pay. Not sure if pricing was accurate as it seemed cheaper online but I have not checked
